To initiate SMS communication, a visitor opens that page on a mobile device, reads the complete disclosure, taps an SMS Opt-In button located immediately below the disclosure and personally sends the first SMS through the device’s messaging application. Tapping the button alone does not send a message. Providing a phone number in a separate context, viewing the website or calling us does not, by itself, create SMS consent.

When a person initiates the conversation, we may reply about the matters they contacted us to discuss, including freight inquiries, dispatch coordination, shipment status, pickup and delivery scheduling, operational updates and customer support. Communications unrelated to the original conversation, or informational messages initiated by us, may require additional express consent as applicable.
